Great customer service! We love the contemporary look and flexibility of this loveseat. Our 2 and a half-year-old ripped some of the vinyl, which was pulling away from the buttons (exposing the foam insert). So, the vinyl is pretty thin - but we purchased that covering thinking it was more durable plus easier to clean with 2- and 5-year-old boys. We love the fact that there are no hard corners or edges to this item. I do wish the underside had the same covering as the entire piece, so that when it's folded-out it would look like a matching ottoman. Lastly, I had hoped when flipped out the entire piece would be level. It's more like an ottoman instead of the full size sleeping area. My parents had something like this a long time ago - not sure of the brand - but when open the entire piece was one large even surface with all matching covering. We contacted customer service to find out how we could repair the tear. They were very helpful and friendly. I repaired the tear and now have a fabric cover, which looks great! So, now we can remove it to clean it and at least the vinyl prevents any spills from getting to the foam insert. Overall, we are happy with it, but don't love the fold-out feature we were really looking for. Pluses: Good size, lightweight (easy to move), no hard/sharp edges, good for kids' TV/play-room. Great customer service! Minuses: Vinyl is very thin, underside fabric does not match, flip-out bottom is not level with sofa seat when open. Thanks!

This is the second couch I’ve purchased and both have been the perfect answer for a unique need and provided great value. I just purchased the fold out loveseat as it fits just right under a loftbed I’ve built for my son. With the fold out extended the seat height is lowered (providing more head room under the bed) and it gives him a padded lounging area to hang out in.

Flip 'n Out Studio Loveseat
We opened our flip-out sofa the night before christmas eve and it was so much fun to watch it grow!! Once it did we were so impressed with the quality of this little sofa. It is perfect for our sons dorm room. He was excited about the thought of having somewhere to sit and watch movies in his tiny room, and the couch is lightweight enough that if it gets in the way he can just stand it up in the corner! Also this sofa does not tend to tip backwards if you lean back on it. It is very sturdy. I guess you can tell we were pleased. If anyone needs to know this sofa fits in the back of a small suv very well with the sofa fully expanded (ford explorer). It made it to UT Knoxville and is now in its new home, GO VOLS! I bought our Foamiture love seat for my 10 year old son, Spencer. He wanted a small couch for his room. Here's what he has to say about it:
"I love the couch but am not a fan of the pull out bed because it's hard to pull out. I like how it is armless. I love the fabric (vinyl) because it's like leather. I like how it's wrinkly [after opening]. It's very comfortable. The packaging was very cool."

So far my denim flip 'n out loveseat is working great…. Your service on the phone and delivery were terrific. The dorm size couch is in a children’s room (6 yr old and 2 yr old) for a “reading nook” and “general play area”.
